At the top of my webpage, you will see a "contact" option where you can fill out an inquiry form. I will get back to you within 48 hours. You may also message me on Instagram @mollyraemedia.
I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to account for planning, booking a location if necessary and ironing out details, especially if it's a larger project. Please consider the fact that I take around 1 week to return the photos back to you so book at least one week out from any deadlines you have for receiving the photos back if you need these for marketing material.

Your session is important to me, and I understand that life happens! Here’s how cancellations and reschedules are handled:
Rescheduling Due to Illness or Weather:
If you or someone in your group is feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible. I’m happy to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
For outdoor sessions, I keep a close eye on the weather. If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll work together to find a new date.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your session entirely, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but I’m happy to apply it toward a rescheduled session within 3 months.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will not be transferable unless due to exceptional circumstances.
No-Show Policy:
If you don’t show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another date.
Of course! Having a friend or family member there can make you feel more at ease and even add to the fun of the session.
Yes! I am happy to travel for shoots! When you book, please specify that you will need me to travel to a separate destination and we can discuss details, travel fees apply.
Shoots that I am able to drive to, there will be an additional fee of $1 per mile.
For shoots that require flights, this will be added into the shoot cost as well as accommodations.
